Another Enforceable Undertaking

Media is today reporting another enforceable undertaking, this time applied to one of the largest commercial fisheries in Australia. Austral Fisheries avoided prosecution as NT WorkSafe instead accepted an enforceable undertaking. Costing the company in excess of $900,000.00 this undertaking includes remedial actions within the company and restorative actions for the community.
